The Ballet Nacional de España pays tribute to José Granero with two flamenco ballet shows (Teatro de la Zarzuela. 11-22 July).

This show includes a selection of the most famous opera and zarzuela arias accompanied on stage by choirs and ballets (Teatro Rialto. Tuesday to Sunday. 9 Jun-2 Aug).

An authentic flamenco show featuring mesmerising dancing, singing and guitar playing (Teatro Flamenco Madrid. Monday to Sunday).

The company will perform a repertoire that pays tribute to British choreographers, such as Kenneth MacMillan, Ashley Page and Liam Scarlett (Conde Duque - Patio Central. 24 and 25 July).

Alegrías, Soleá, Tarantas or Bulerías are some of the styles that will bring sound and life to this “dancing to the beat” experience (Conde Duque - Patio Central. 26 July).

The Spanish dancer and choreographer presents a show that combines flamenco, contemporary dance, urban dance and electronic flamenco music (Rooftop Lírico. 27-29 July).

World première of the latest Veranos de la Villa production directed by Joaquín de Luz and conducted by Vasko Vasilev (Conde Duque - Patio Central. 1 and 2 August).

Relive the most traditional Madrid through the popular zarzuelas La verbena de la Paloma and Luisa Fernanda, among others (Teatro La Latina. Wednesday to Sunday. 22 Jul-6 Sept).
