The Excelentia Foundation will present a DJ Symphonic concert on 15 December at the Teatro Real in which the Royal Film Concert Orchestra will pair up with a DJ to perform the best electronic music with songs by Pont Aeri, Avicii, David Guetta and Queen, among many others.
Under the baton of Fernando Furones, the Royal Film Concert Orchestra will perform a selection of songs, mostly from the electronic genre, such as the popular Flying Free by Pont Aeri or Wake Me Up by Avicii, along with other songs adapted to this genre, such as I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor or All I Want for Christmas is You by Mariah Carey.
The Royal Film Concert Orchestra (RFCO) is an ensemble made up of professionals who form part of the most prestigious European orchestras and schools. They are musicians who not only focus on classical repertoires but also perform other styles. The orchestra, which is made up of more than 90 professors, is part of the Excelentia Foundation and performs film soundtrack concerts on major European stages.
