The Philharmonic Ensemble was founded in 2013 by Shkëlzen Doli, violinist in the Orchestra. It was created with the aim of embodying the style and sound of its parent orchestra. Made up of elite musicians from all over the world, who are leading members of the Vienna Philharmonic, this ensemble brings together great talent with performances spanning centuries, from the Baroque period to the present day. Its performances of the iconic waltzes and polkas of the Strauss dynasty are undoubtedly the ensemble's most captivating moments.
