The Gourmets Fair, the largest European event devoted to delicatessen products is holding its 39th edition from 13 to 16 April 2026. IFEMA MADRID will host an intense programme of activities, including championships, tastings, presentations, show cookings and conferences.
Europe’s most exclusive Quality Food and Beverages Fair is held in an exhibition space spanning more than 65,000 m2, bringing together around 2,000 prestigious companies, which have been carefully selected. Numerous professional buyers from the catering sector, gourmet distribution (supermarkets, delicatessens, etc.), HORECA and hotel chains, among others, will be attending.
