Jesús Carmona. Dancing to the Beat / Veranos de la Villa

The Central Courtyard at Conde Duque will host Dancing to the Beat by Jesús Carmona on 26 July as part of the Veranos de la Villa Festival. This event will bring together artists of the likes of Lucía Campillo, Belén López and Alfonso Losa.

Memory and the avant-garde once again come together to create unique and lasting memories for the spectator. In the absence of a complex dramatic plot, it will embark on a journey through the diverse styles that represent dance and flamenco in Spain.

Dances that capture past experiences and look towards the future. This show is a meeting or reunion of artists who admire each other and enjoy the nature of the art, which is all about sharing. At the same time, it will be a night to remember for the artists involved and for the audience.

Alegrías, Soleá, Tarantas or Bulerías are some of the styles that will bring sound and life to this “dancing to the beat” experience. It is not to be missed by anyone who loves flamenco and by those who want to come and discover it.
