For the ninth consecutive year, Hotel Tapa Tour is back to showcase high end hotels as important gastronomic spaces. In mid/late September 2024, Madrid will once more host the informal haute cuisine festival, which will be held simultaneously for the first time ever in different Spanish towns.
Hotel Tapa Tour is a gastronomic event and festival devoted to the promotion of hotel gastronomy. Flying the tapa flag, the initiative breaks down the architectural and psychological barrier between the haute cuisine of luxury hotels and citizens. It has been held annually in Madrid and Barcelona since 2016.
