The Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium will host one of the major events in European women’s football on 2 December. In this return leg of the Final of the UEFA Women's Nations League, the Spanish national side will defend its European title against Germany.
The National Side has earned its place in this play-off after coming second in the European Championship in Switzerland, having knocked out Sweden in the semi-finals. In the final, the team, managed by the former Atlético player, Sonia Bermúdez, will face Germany, who will host the first leg on Friday, 28 November. Both teams have reached the final after eliminating Sweden and France, respectively, in the semi-finals.
This is the first time that the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium will host a Spanish women's national side match, having previously hosted two men's national team matches and the finals of the 2017/18 King’s Cup and the 2018/19 Champions League, which will be joined by the final of the men's highest category of club competition in the 2026/27 season.
Docking stations:
- Avenida de Arcentales (frente al estadio)
- Avenida de Niza, 67
