Big Time Rush are coming to Madrid as part of their new tour that will bring them to the Palacio Vistalegre Arena on 30 November. It’s going to be a very special performance as the band will be playing all the songs from each episode of their hit Nickelodeon series, many of which have never been performed live before.
Big Time Rush is an American pop band formed in 2009 as part of the hit Nickelodeon series of the same name. With Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos PenaVega and Logan Henderson, the band initially emerged as a television project, but quickly transcended the screen to become an international music phenomenon.
Over the course of their career, Big Time Rush made several hit albums, including BTR (2010), Elevate (2011) and 24/Seven (2013). Songs like Boyfriend, Worldwide and Til I Forget About You became anthems for a whole generation of young fans. In 2021, after a career hiatus of several years, the group announced their return with new music and a tour that had their fans, known as Rushers, clamouring for tickets.
There is so much buzz around the tour, as for the first time they will perform all the songs that featured in the episodes of the original series, including many that have never been performed live in concert before. It will also feature special guest appearances by Katelyn Tarver (Jo) and Stephen Kramer Glickman (Gustavo), key characters in the series, which will really crank up the nostalgic factor at this concert.
