Puppet Theatre in El Retiro Park

Within El Retiro Park, very close to the entrance from the Plaza de la Independencia by the Puerta de Alcalá gate, you'll find Teatro de Títeres, an institution for young audiences in Madrid.

It has a permanent annual programme that is held outdoors and is free of charge. There's a performance every weekend throughout the year (with special dates at Christmastime), in the mornings in winter and in the afternoons in summer.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, the programme may be cancelled without prior notice.
