In 2020, the chef Ricardo Vélez, who is behind the Moulin Chocolat cake shop, opened this ice-cream parlour which has three establishments: Calle Alcalá, 77, Calle Ibiza, 42, both of which are close to the Retiro Park, and the newly opened establishment in Calle Mayor, 77. They serve freshly made ice cream, made with organic milk in the chef's innovation laboratory.
All of its ice creams contain the finest natural ingredients and come in new and appetising flavours. They can be eaten in a tub or in a cone made on the spot. The parlour has several tables to eat your ice-creams and other purchases.
Its menu also includes hot chocolate, infusions and coffees, perfect for winter, as well as waffles, sponge cakes, cookies, brioches and a selection of the most outstanding Moulin Chocolat pastries.
