Bibì y Bibò is characterised by its exceptional product, as a result of innovation and the constant training of its ice cream maestros.
The branch of Bibi e Bibo in the Prosperidad neighbourhood is spread over two floors with a spiral staircase between the two. Here you can enjoy truly scrumptious ice creams and delectable desserts , from the typical cone or tub to a tray with space for different flavours, on bread rolls, on a waffle or in the form of a paw print for dogs.
In addition to ice creams, it also serves a variety of typical Italian desserts, such as tiramisu or panna cota.
All of the products are made daily in its kitchen, using the finest ingredients: high quality and local dairy products, real fruit that has been responsibly grown and is full of flavour and vitamins. As part of its commitment to sustainability, all of the packaging and materials for consumption are recyclable and are made out of recycled materials.
The ice cream company has been awarded a Repsol Sun and has been a member of the Madrid Association of Artisan Bakers and Pastry Chefs (ASEMPAS) since 2023.
