Opened in 2020, this restaurant in the Chamartín district is a modern eatery serving traditional Spanish dishes, particularly from Madrid, and paying tribute to quality produce and ingredients.
Initially founded by chef and winegrower Nicolás Marcos, the business is currently in the hands of his financial partner José Sud, with Víctor Prada as chef and Pedro Escribano as chief bartender and maître d’. The place is simple and informal, with a rustic and urbanite feel. It has a bar area, a large dining room and an outdoor terrace that can be used all year round.
The menu features largely grilled dishes, stews and game, along with a wide selection of wines from small producers that vary according to the season.
