With a décor inspired by the city of Osaka, this original Japanese cuisine restaurant functions as an authentic Japanese kaitenzushi, where tables are arranged around a rotating band full of oriental dishes so that diners can see and choose the dishes they want to eat.
The Bella Ciao group is the architect of this gastronomic proposal located in the Barrio de Salamanca, near the Movistar Arena. Here, diners can choose any dish they like from the two floors of the conveyor belt (the bottom floor for cold dishes such as starters, makis, sashimis, nigiris, temakis, desserts; and the top floor for hot dishes such as noodles, rice, kebabs, tempuras...).
Running Suchi does not have an à la carte menu, but it does have around 300 different dishes with individual portions that can be chosen with total freedom, as in a buffet, and at a fixed price, with only drinks being charged separately.
Running Sushi has two other locations next to Calle Princesa, at Plaza de los Cubos, 3, and Avenida de Monforte de Lemos, 36.
