The Barrio de Salamanca neighbourhood now has a new luxury restaurant, opened on 12th January, led by renowned chef Paco Roncero and four outstanding partners from the world of acting and sport: Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Álex González, Antoine Griezmann and Marcos Llorente. Roncero’s new culinary project focuses on creating dishes using premium quality ingredients, with a strongly Mediterranean essence and favouring the use of flame grilling. Each night, it also serves dinners each night with diverse shows.
The large restaurant, spread over 1800 square metres with a very spacious feel, can accommodate up to 300 people and is close to the Bless Hotel Madrid and other outstanding restaurants in the area.
The menu is made up of creations in which tradition goes hand in hand with innovation, having incorporated ideal options to share, adapting it to all diners, tastes and appetites and the wine list has more than 500 national and international wines.
They also serve incredible cocktails devised by mixologist Miguel Pastor.
Rhudo opens its Season 1 with a programme of weekly themed events with which it seeks to revolutionise the concept of dinner shows in the city, in the style of the most outstanding shows in cities like Las Vegas, Dubai, New York or Los Angeles. Acoustic evenings can also be enjoyed on Mondays and Tuesdays with ‘Unplagged’; flamenco fusion on Wednesdays with ‘Genuino’; the disco glamour of the legendary Studio 54 on Thursdays with ‘Déjà Vu’; on Fridays, frenziness and fun with ‘Crisis’ and a lot of surprises and performances on Saturdays with the ‘Manifesto’ party.
