Plaza de Catalunya, in the Chamartín district, is home to this Peruvian restaurant that takes its name from a village in the Andean country famous for its ceramic figures of bulls. It takes diners on a culinary tour of Peru, merging the flavours and traditions of Peruvian cuisine with the Spanish way of relating to food.
Gian Carlo Panzera and Patrick Griffiths, who are behind this project, have created an intimate and personal space, carefully curating all the details to bring you a slice of Peru. In addition to the small dining area which has a few high tables, there is glazed, heated outdoor terrace where you can also enjoy a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.
The menu is simple and short, containing several dishes designed for sharing, which fuse traditional Peruvian cuisine with Asian seasoning and Mediterranean ingredients. Peruvian flavours blend with the way locals in Madrid interact and relate to food.
