The Chirón restaurant in the Valdemoro district is now being managed by the third generation of owners. Brothers Raúl and Iván Muñoz form a closely knit team in the kitchen and the dining room. Their cuisine is creative and based on premium quality ingredients, which has earned them a Michelin star since 2012. Having trained at the schools of Aranjuez and Toledo, the Muñoz brothers offer two tasting menus, Tajo and Jarama, so that you can taste their full range of flavours.
Chef Iván Muñoz culinary offering conveys his great respect for quality produce and is rooted in traditional cuisine. Sommelier Raúl Muñoz's wine list is a personal selection, showing a preference for wineries which opt for quality Spanish varietals.
Chirón also offers an executive menu, a special evening menu, and a la carte dishes.
