Chirón

The Chirón restaurant in the Valdemoro district is now being managed by the third generation of owners. Brothers Raúl and Iván Muñoz form a closely knit team in the kitchen and the dining room. Their cuisine is creative and based on premium quality ingredients, which has earned them a Michelin star since 2012.

Trained in the schools of Aranjuez and Toledo, the Muñoz brothers offer a tasting menu, Ruta por las Vegas, where you can try their full range of flavours, in addition to being able to dine a la carte.

Chef Iván Muñoz culinary offering conveys his great respect for quality produce and is rooted in traditional cuisine. Sommelier Raúl Muñoz's wine list is a personal selection, showing a preference for wineries which opt for quality Spanish varietals. 

Chirón also offers an executive menu, an à la carte tasting menu, and a classic menu.
