Luz Casal

The solo artist gives a concert as the culmination of a year-long tour throughout Spain to mark the release of  her ninth studio  album. Following a long absence, the artist is back and more eager than ever with what is classified as her best album.   

She moved to Madrid to embark on her musical career, which began with some demos and concerts. In 1989, she released Luz V, her fourth studio album, which took her to fame, with songs like Loca, Te Dejé Marchar or No Me Importa nada, songs which have become classics. Since then, she has not stopped bringing out hits and releasing new albums, the sales of which exceed 5,000,000 copies.

Today, she enjoys an impeccable career and international fame, as well as being one of the most valued soloists of popular music in Spain. After five years without releasing material in Spanish, Luz Casal is back with her ninth album, under the title of Que Corra el Aire. The artist confesses that she is fully satisfied with it and the work that has gone into it.  She exposes all of her feelings and the important moments that she has experiences, felt or imagined but the album will also include other songs, “songs that represent me or which are dedicated”, declares the artist from Galicia.
