The Robot Museum was created in 2013 with the idea of bringing the exciting world of entertainment robots to the general public in a direct and real way. Initially located in the ABC Serrano shopping centre, on 17 April 2025, it moved premises to The Dreamland Proÿect, a spectacular new space that offers visitors an immersive tour around the intricate corridors of a spaceship. With more space, more moving robots and more fun than ever before.
Spread over 1200 m2, as well as the museum, there is also a shop, Juguetrónica, and coming soon there will be a food area, where you can enjoy home-made dishes, and an exhibition area on the top floor, which will change three times a year.
There is also a brand-new area where you can take selfies with spectacular new replicas.
A project brought to fruition by Daniel Bayón (CEO of Juguetrónica, SL), The Robot Museum is a unique space in Europe that offers a unique experience, where you can discover the past, present and future of robotics in a fun and inspiring way. Visitors can admire unusual pieces, such as the animatronic dinosaur Pleo, the best selection of retro robots from the 1980s or the spectacular androids Pepper, NAO or Pando, which interact with the public or EMROS, the smallest robot in the world, among others.
At The Robot Museum, you can also see legendary robots that have featured in films such as Star Wars, with a full size replica of C-3PO and one of the models of R2-D2 used by Kenny Baker; Robby the Robot, from Forbidden Planet; parts of the dreaded T-800 robot from Terminator; a bust of I, robot; replicas of the original devices used in the Matrix trilogy and many other artefacts that will delight film buffs.
The entrance fee to the centre includes a guided tour by specialized guides of approximately 45 minutes in length, in which theoretical information is alternated with live demonstrations. Visits can be in Spanish or English, and can only be made with a guide.
