The legendary Broadway hit is finally coming to Madrid, more specifically to Teatro Coliseum on 3 October 2025, with performances from Tuesday to Sunday. This spectacular musical transforms the traditional fairy tale, masterfully combining classical elements with a modern narrative.
Produced by Stage Entertainment Spain, responsible for great musical hits in Spain like The Lion King, Aladdin, Anastasia or Beauty and the Beast, this ambitious staging presents a Cinderella that goes beyond a young dreamer. Brave, determined and with control over her own destiny, this contemporary heroine not only finds love, but is also inspired to fight for a better world and take control of her own life.
The musical’s beautiful score was composed in the 1950s by Rodgers & Hammerstein, the American tandem behind songs for musicals, made up of the composer Richard Rodgers and the lyricist-playwright Oscar Hammerstein II, both renowned exponents of the "golden age" of 20th century musicals. This musical includes such iconic songs like In My Own Little Corner, Impossible and Ten Minutes Ago.
As usual in Stage Entertainment productions, the live music will be performed by an orchestra, accompanied by a stage design that combines traditional elements with advanced technology, making Cinderella a unique, magical and unforgettable experience.
This musical is presented as a captivating theatre experience that creates an immersive atmosphere throughout the performance, winning over both the fans of classic musicals and those looking for innovative proposals.
