The team from Gildería, Yajaira Malavé and Cristina Bonaga, set up this original bar in Chueca, where you can enjoy a drink or signature cocktail along with innovative dishes, and even dance the night away to a DJ.
Gilda Haus is a cocktail bar, club and restaurant all under the same roof. The interior design was created by Codoo Studio, which has created a nightclub look adapted for those looking for a light bite to eat as well, with orange rugs and metal furniture like you’d find in a traditional Spanish bar.
The menu includes its popular ‘gildas’ (gherkins, anchovies and olives on a cocktail stick), rolls and sandwiches, among other fun proposals.
