Located in the heart of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, just over 10 minutes from its famous monastery, two young chefs, Daniel Ochoa and Luis Moreno offer cuisine based on regional produce at Montia, applying a risky signature technique that has served to award them a star in the Michelin Guide 2015. Ochoa and Moreno´s white establishment, which received the Madrid Fusión Emerging Chef Award 2014, does not have an á la carte menu and just has two menus (one short and the other long, both at a reasonable price for the quality of the products and service) in which you can find such surprising offers as ear and brava fritter, black bean cappuccino, Iberian meat and turnip, and filo pastry and y hare pate with a black trumpet.
