The Puerto Rican artist will be visiting Movistar Arena on 5, 6 and 7 July 2025 as part of his Cosa Nuestra World Tour, in which he will present his fifth studio album, Cosa Nuestra, released at the end of November 2024. It is a new album that includes songs like Déjame Entrar, which combines Latin sounds, such as afrobeat, reggaeton and dancehall.
Raúl Alejandro Ocasio Ruiz, known professionally as Rauw Alejandro, is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, dancer and producer who belongs to the new generation of Puerto Rican urban musicians. Throughout his career, he has won a Latin Grammy Award in 2021 in the category of best urban fusion/performance.
His debut studio album, Afrodisíaco, was released in 2020 and included collaborations with artists like Anuel AA, J Balvin, Zion & Lennox, Sech, Wisin & Yandel and Arcángel, among others. In June 2021, he released his second studio album, Vice Versa, featuring the lead single Todo de Ti, which was his first musical hit. This song reached Number 2 in the Spotify Global Top Songs and won six platinum discs in the United States, four in Spain and numerous gold discs, some of which in Argentina or Mexico.
Rauw Alejandro has worked with many artists, obtaining hits and recognition in the industry, as is the case of his collaboration with the Colombian artist, Shakira, with Te Felicito, with his fellow Puerto Rican, Bad Bunny on the song, Party, or with Farruko and the singer, María Becerra, on Suelta.
At the end of 2022, the artist released his third studio album, Saturno which includes 18 songs with old reggaeton influences which he presented on the hit Saturno World Tour. A year later, he released his fourth album, Playa Saturno (2023), whose launch single was Baby, Hello, in collaboration with the Argentinean producer Bizarrap.
Now, the Puerto Rican is embarking on a new world tour to present his latest album, Cosa Nuestra (2024) which includes collaborations with artists like Pharrell Williams, Romeo Santos, Bad Bunny and Laura Pausini, among others. The title of the album refers to the 1969 album of the same name by the salsa duo, Willie Colón & Héctor Lavoe, and its 18 songs include fusions with other genres, such as afrobeat, bolero, country, disco, electronica, Latin jazz, Latin pop, Latin R&B, Latin trap, merengue, Latin rock and synth pop.
