The Monumental de Las Ventas bullring in Madrid will host the world’s most prestigious bullfighting event: San Isidro Fair, which is held for a month around Saint Isidro’s Day. From 1 May to 14 June 2026, leading figures from bullfighting worldwide can be seen at this fair, which includes 21 bullfights, 3 fights with young bulls with picadors and 2 bullfights on horseback. For yet another year, the event will have four days of rest within the series (Monday 11, 18, 25 May and 1 June).
San Isidro Fair brings together 58 bullfighters: 44 bullfighters , 5 horseback bullfighters and 9 young bullfighters with picadors. As for the bulls, 23 estates have been announce d, some of which have two dates, representing a total of 9 different breeds .
The programme includes bullfighters participating in 3 fights, in which names like Alejandro Talavante, Pablo Aguado, Fernando Adrián and Víctor Hernández can be highlighted. Bullfighters participating in 2 fights include Roca Rey, Sebastián Castella, Antonio Ferrera, Borja Jiménez, Daniel Luque, Tomás Rufo, David de Miranda, Diego Urdiales, Emilio de Justo, Fortes, Juan Ortega, Miguel Ángel Perera, Morenito de Aranda, Paco Ureña and Román. San Isidro Fair also presents new talents with the confirmation of Bruno Aloi, Manuel Diosleguarde and Tristán Barroso.
