The American rock band, Evanescence will be back in Spain as part of its latest tour, performing a concert in the Vistalegre Arena Palace on 2 October 2026. In this concert, the group led by vocalist Amy Lee will perform its greatest hits, accompanied by the American singer, Poppy and the British punk rock duo, Nova Twins as support groups.
Created in 1995 by the singer, pianist and songwriter, Amy Lee, and the guitarist, Ben Moody, Evanescence released its first studio album in 2003 under the name of Fallen, which earned it worldwide fame, selling 17 million copies and winning 2 Grammy Awards. This was followed by the albums The Open Door (2006) and Evanescence (2011), positioning the group as the new mass phenomenon of metal.
Synthesis was released in 2017, which was a reinterpretation of songs from previous albums and greatest hits from its discography, rather than an original album, with the exception of the single Imperfection. The Bitter Truth (2021) is the latest album to date and the fifth in its discography, featuring the song Wasted On You as the lead single.
Made up of Amy Lee (vocals and keyboard), Tim McCord (bass), Will Hunt (drums), Troy McLawhorn (guitars and vocals) and Jen Majura (rhythm guitar and vocals), the American band will once again perform classics such as My Immortal, Bring Me to Life, Going Under or Call Me When You're Sober, which are bound to stir the audience.
