On 26 April 2027, there will be a tribute to the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd and the album The Dark Side of the Moon at the Teatro Calderón. This performance will feature songs, musicians and singers from the original line-up of the Pink Floyd and Roger Waters tours.
The Dark Side of the Moon is one of Pink Floyd’s most iconic records, a concept album with innovative production values and introspective lyrics. Released in 1973, the album explores universal themes such as time, madness, money and mortality, all wrapped in an immersive sound atmosphere.
Songs like Time and Money became anthems for the band, as did Us and Them and Brain Damage. The Dark Side of the Moon is a crucial album in the history of music.
Note: Roger Waters, Nick Mason and David Gilmour are not part of this concert.
