The Australian pop rock band is coming to the Vistalegre Arena Palace on 30 April 2026 as part of its latest world tour of concerts in which it will present its latest album Everyone's A Star (2025).
Originally from Sydney, Australia, the band got together in 2011 and is made up of Luke Hemmings (lead vocals, piano and guitar), Michael Clifford (lead guitar and vocals), Calum Hood (vocals, piano and bass) and Ashton Irwin (drums and vocals). They started to become popular in 2012 when they released cover versions of popular songs on their YouTube channel. The turning point of their career came when they were invited by the famous group One Direction to accompany them on stage.
Since then, the young Australians have gone on to achieve international success. Their debut album of the same name, 5 Seconds of Summer, was released in 2014, reaching number one in 11 countries. This was followed by Sounds Good Feels Good (2015), Youngblood (2018), Calm (2020) and 5SOS5 (2022).
They were dubbed by Rolling Stone magazine as "the world's most important new rock band", and are the only group in history to have charted their first three full-length studio albums at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
Now the band is embarking on a worldwide tour following the release of their latest album Everyone's A Star (2025) which includes twelve songs, including the hit singles NOT OK and Boyband.
