The origins of the gallery date back to 1986, with a series of exhibitions in a small basement in Calle de Claudio Coello in the centre of Madrid. At that time, artists who were well known in the art world were chosen, although they were not necessarily known by the general public.
In autumn 2004, the new gallery was opened at Calle Orellana 18 also in Madrid, placing particular emphasis on emerging artists and scheduling exhibitions in which their eclecticism stands out. All of this is set within the framework of a rigorous personal selection which supports young creators, and more established painters.
