Quinta del Sordo

In this creative co-working space, located in the Cornisa Park, nearly 60 companies and more than a hundred people come together every day to work on diverse projects in the world of cinema, sustainable fashion, advertising, illustration, design, contemporary art, architecture, photography, jewellery, ceramics, tapestry, painting and music, along with many other artistic disciplines. 

La Quinta coworking space is divided into three professional areas: office space for companies, workshop space for artists and project space.

It has 1000 m2 of office space and workshops, divided into two areas: one three-storey section, where you can rent a studio as a work space, a 60m2 hall for concerts and activities of all kinds, in the heart of Madrid, in the area of Las Vistillas (Barrio de La Latina); the other space is right next door and includes a large open-plan office space, 3 meeting rooms, 3 exhibition rooms and a cafeteria with an outdoor terrace.
