IKONO

This peculiar interactive art gallery, located just in front of the Reina Sofía Museum, will delight instagramers.  Its original proposal invites visitors to develop their senses through immersive activities, colours, smells and textures, in which they will be able to immortalise the moment with their own camera or mobile phone, or by a professional photographer who will send their photographs free of charge to those who so wish.

You would need around an hour to visit the different spaces set in more than 600m2 and spread over three floors, decorated to offer a sensory and photographic experience. Among the spaces are a giant ball pool, the only indoor bamboo park in Europe, confetti rain, and murals painted by local artists such as Ricardo Cavolo.

Ikono combines contemporary art, photography and the promoted experience so that the visit is a sensory journey that helps to disconnect and enjoy the experience intensely.
