The Salamanca neighbourhood is home to this school, made up of a leading team of professionals and collaborators, which is a pioneer, since 1995, in offering Tasting Courses and the sensorial analysis of agri-food products, Quality Guarantee, Organisation of gastronomic events and trips, aimed at private companies and individuals in Spain and Latin America.  

It is currently offering  classroom-based tasting courses on Wine, Champagne, Sherry Beer, Spirits, Cheese, Olive Oil, Coffee, Water, among many others, as well as courses that are partly based in the classroom and online courses.
