Ishimi

Yasunari Ishimi, who has been living in Madrid for many years, founded this gym, where he teaches his speciality, karate. Ishimi is recognised as a 9th dan karate master by the Spanish Karate Federation and the World Karate Federation. At the gym you will find a variety of activities, ranging from classes in martial arts given by Ishimi himself, to different types of gym lesson with music, for cardiovascular development and toning the muscles.

All the disciplines use equipment made by leading brands and modern computer-based teaching methods. The participants’ progress is constantly tracked and their physical condition is regularly assessed and monitored.
