Centro Deportivo Municipal Plata y Castañar

This sports center located in Villaverde, which has an indoor and outdoor pool, hosts the matches of the Base Villaverde handball team.

This complex, spread over more than 66 thousand square metres, has two indoor swimming pools (a 25-metre pool and a teaching pool), three outdoor swimming pools (25-metre pool, children’s pool, and a recreational pool), an indoor sports pavilion, a football pitch and another 7-a-side football pitch, both with artificial grass, an indoor skating rink, two sports courts, six tennis courts and four padel courts. There is also a multi-purpose room and a fitness and hydrotherapy room.
