Pasajes International Bookshop

Established in 1999, this bookshops specialises in literature and collections of essays in all languages, which has made it one of the top five multilingual bookstores in the world, as recognised by the Financial Times in February 2012, and the Bibliodiversity Prize 2008 from the Madrid Publishers Association.

The books they carry are chosen by specialists in each section and language, working directly with distributors from the countries of origin, which guarantees autonomy and independence in the collections they stock. They apply rigorous criteria in terms of quality and demand when it comes to selecting new releases to offer the best new books in the publishing market.

The bookshop is spread over two spacious floors, with sections for language learning and even for English language essays and history books. It is well stocked with new releases, and from time to time they place a minority language in the spotlight.
