Palazzo is a chain of Italian ice cream parlours based in Madrid for over 50 years, with thirteen shops dotted around the city, including some of its most emblematic streets. It serves up the most traditional flavours, like lemon, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla, as well as more innovative ones.
This parlour on Calle Bailén, opposite the Sabatini Gardens, has several tables inside where you can sample its products, including horchata tiger nut milk, granita, and cakes.
The chain also has other outlets at No. 11 Puerta del Sol; No. 56 Gran Vía; No. 9 Calle Luchana, No. 49 Calle de Goya; No. 13 Calle de Narváez; No. 127 Calle de Bravo Murillo; No. 27 Calle del Carmen; No. 11 Avenida de la Albufera (Vallecas); No. 110 Calle de la Oca (Carabanchel); No. 63 Calle Quero (Aluche); as well as in Majadahonda and Pozuelo de Alarcón.
