Ice cream lovers have an unmissable date with this innovative ice cream parlour in Chueca that serves nitro ice creams, made to order using liquid nitrogen. They can be customised with different toppings inside or on top of the ice cream.

This little shop is decorated like a lab, with test tubes, beakers, explanations about nitrogen and a periodic table as the menu.

They serve ice creams created using liquid nitrogen at -196ºC, which makes them creamier. There are 7 different flavours, which change according to the season. They are all gluten-free, some are vegan and suitable for people with lactose intolerance. They also serve Nitro Shakes, Nitro Waffles, Dragon Balls and Nitro lollipops, plus coffees, teas and hot chocolate.
