This market, which first opened in 1965, was fully refurbished and renovated on the inside and outside in 2008. It is one of five municipal markets located in the district of Tetuán, very close to Calle Bravo Murillo, the area's main shopping street.
Covering an area of 3,500 square metres, it is divided into a traditional market with around 40 stalls, mostly selling food (meat, charcuterie, bread, fruit and vegetables, and fish...) and a modern supermarket, as well as stores around the outside.
It also has parking for customers, several dining options and an online store with home delivery.
