Next to the Coque restaurant, in Chamberí, the Sandoval brothers have opened this small food shop and creamery that is reminiscent of the traditional buttery shops that could be found in the most traditional Madrid, with which they pay tribute to their mother, Teresa Huertas, whose essence, personality and wisdom was passed on to them, will be present in every corner of the establishment.
In this new space, everything from spices, pickles, preserves, wines, sausages, dried fruits and nuts to hand-made breads and cakes of exceptional quality can be purchased at affordable prices.
