The Lobo family founded this shop in 1897 in La Latina quarter, where it remains today, devoted to the sale of espadrilles, regional and dance footwear. Nowadays they also stock stage and vintage shoes, supplying distinguished clients like Teatro Alla Scala in Milan.
With the arrival of the good weather, it is usually necessary to queue up to get into the shop, due to its popularity with residents of Madrid and tourists, as it offers a wide variety of colours in espadrilles, among other products. All of its articles are made in Spain, with the exception of some which come from France, England and Portugal, when it is impossible to find these products in the national market.
