This store, which opened in October 2024 and specialises in the sale of cheeses and gourmet products, is close to Madrid Rio and Matadero Madrid. Its owner, David Hermoso, offers cheese lovers varieties that are hard to find in other stores along with personalised guidance.
The cheeses include national varieties from Asturias, Galicia, Madrid, Toledo, etc., and some international varieties, such as Gouda and Comté.
Its shelves also stock wines, jams, preserves and other dairy products, such as kefir, yoghurts or butter, among other products.
