La Casa del Bacalao

If there is any emblematic market in Madrid for tradition and quality, it's San Miguel Market. That is why it is not unusual to find "La Casa del Bacalao" among the various stands.

It is a place for salted, smoked and conserved fish where you will find a great variety of the star product, cod, which comes from the cold waters of the Atlantic.
