La Boulette

La Boulette, founded in 1988, is one of the stalls at La Paz Market. The difference lies in its products, authentic gastronomic jewels that are worthy of the most demanding palates.

Its enormous glass display serves as its introduction card, showing a wide range of fine products, with more than three hundred types of cheese from diverse regions of the world, a rigorous selection of Iberian products from different Denominations of Origin, cold meats and roast cuts, without forgetting duck and goose produce, foie gras in all of its varieties: fresh, mi-cuit, preserved, among many other products.
