This bakery, located in the district of Usera, is a family-run business that makes and sells confections, cakes and pastries, with over 80 years’ experience and dedication to this sector.
Its products include traditional patisserie, breakfasts, cakes and all kinds of desserts and savoury pastries for catering and hospitality.
It has received multiple awards over the years, such as the Best Chocolate Sardine in the Madrid Carnival Contest in 2017 and the Best Roscón de Reyes with Cream and Filling at the XXV Cazuela Roscón Contest in 2021, among others.
In 2024, they once again won the award for Best torrija in Madrid in the category Innovation, which they previously won in 2019, awarded by the Madrid Association of Artisans Bakers (ASEMPAS), for their orange bonbon torrija (torrija is similar to French toast).
