Located very close to the Plaza de Manuel Becerra, in the Barrio de Salamanca neighbourhood, Arte 9 was established in 1982, making it the oldest comic and game store in Madrid. Having moved premises four times, they opened their current store in 2021, selling a wide variety of comics, games and merchandise.
The 350 m2 store is spread over three floors with three different areas: one dedicated to comics, another to games, and another that houses a diner area where you can have lunch or dinner, celebrate birthdays or take part in Meet & Greet sessions with authors.
There is also an area where you can play board games and enjoy events, tournaments, demo days, etc...
At Arte 9, you can find all kinds of items related to the world of comics and geek culture (t-shirts, figurines, key rings, plush toys, etc.); books (especially in the genres of science fiction, fantasy, etc.); card games and board games. And if you can’t find what you’re looking for it, they can order it in for you.
