This Salamanca neighborhood restaurant is specializes in Sechuan food, unlike other Chinese restaurants that focus mainly on Cantonese food. Their star dish is Chinese Fondue or hotpot.
The famous Hotpot consists of two types of broth, one mild, Qin Tang, and other spicy, Hong Tang, that are places in a pot divided in two that is heated by a gas heater placed on the table. You can then use that broth to boil different ingredients ranging from rice noodles to meat and tofu, prawns and different vegetables.
