Located in the Only You Boutique hotel and led by the chef Carlos Martin (who studied in kitches like El Celler de Can Roca and Mugaritz), this restaurant gives you a new concept of cuisine in an atmosphere that features spectacular decoration by Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
At YOUNIQUE, art, culture and gastronomy coexist, hosting exhibitions and shows by emerging national and international artists.
The dishes are based on the fusion of traditional and genuine food from the capital and the Mediterranean diet with a modern and surprising touch. To accompany the à la carte and executive menus (available midday on weekdays), there is a varied selection of champagnes, wines and cocktails at a reasonable price.
A full brunch is available on Sundays.
