Inspired by traditional Japanese yakitori (skewered meat) restaurants, where everything is barbequed over an open flame in front of you. All the dishes are prepared using their own techniques but with a hint of Spain, so everything is very familiar, with a predominance of Mediterranean over Asian flavours.
The distribution of the dining room, with some tables to be shared by diners, is a fundamental part of the concept and helps give Yakitoro its lively, festive atmosphere.
