The establishment, which boasts three exclusive VIP areas, is presided by a classic and elegant décor with painstaking details, in which the main features are the spectacular views over the city.  The decoration pays tribute to the restaurant’s name, “Volvoreta” (butterfly in Galician). There are various examples in shades of red, by the artist, Nina Boy (Xavi Muñoz), flying around its sky, providing fantasy and colour to the interior design, characterised by a sober and elegant design with minimalist lines.

Volvoreta’s culinary offer is devoted to exquisite traditional recipes adapted to each season of the year.  Its menu is based on classical recipes in which the finest products are used, through modern elaborations combined with a select wine list that includes the main Spanish designations of origin and leading international references.  The dishes come with an innovative, different and surprising presentation. There is also a Tasting Menu for € 75 (without wine pairings), consisting of six dishes and a dessert.
