This bistro was launched in 2012 in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras neighbourhood. Developed by Marcos Gil, this restaurant offers a short menu containing traditional dishes made using fresh market produce, which can be ordered as light bites, with hearty soups and stews, and a large wine selection. Offering great value for money, it is currently a Bib Gourmand restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide.
It has a carefully created modern and minimalist aesthetic, with very cosy corners such as a small library with books and bottles of wine, as well as interesting contemporary paintings hanging on the walls (thanks to Gil's family's connections with the art world).
