Chefs Javier Goya, Javier Mayor and David Alfonso propose informal cuisine with excellent ingredients in this restaurant in the Literary Quarter.
The establishment is divided into three different areas to savour its dishes: the bar, where you can have informal tapas, a VIP area for 12 diners and a main dining room, where a family atmosphere has been created so that clients feel at home.
The menu is divided into three different proposals: From the Market to Triciclo, with market cuisine, in which the quality and freshness of the product stands out, as well as its cooking point so as not to lose any of its flavour; A Triciclo Ride, with elaborated cuisine and dishes with combinations of traditional flavours; and A Triciclo Journey, fusion cuisine that goes on a culinary journey of the world and presents a mixture of surprising flavours.
Furthermore, it has two menus of the day: seasonal tasting menu and a classic festival menu, as well as the possibility of tasting almost all of the dishes in ½ or 1/3 portions.
