Offal is the star dish in this modern take on a traditional tavern. Here, this dish that is so popular in Madrid, is presented with new recipes and new appearance. Created by chef Javier Estévez, known for his time on the TV programme Top Chef, the restaurant’s avant-garde concept of fine offal dishes has earned it the recognition of the Michelin Guide, holding a star since 2019. It also has a Repsol Sun.
The decoration is also very different from the usual bars serving this type of dishes: the industrial-inspired style includes a big bar and an open concept kitchen.
Veal, pork and lamb are the stars of the menu of La Tasquería served in jars, lunch boxes or glasses. The restaurant has three tasting menus: Menú Tasquería M, Menú Tasquería L and The Menú , which incorporates the most innovative dishes created by the kitchen team. There is also an exclusive menu for the terrace.
Their wine cellar is small, but select, focusing on wines from DO Madrid.
